A Joyful Day at See Ya Later Ranch: Rachelle & Delayne's Wedding

Photographed June 21, 2024

Tucked high above the valley in Okanagan Falls, Rachelle and Delayne said "I do" at the beautiful See Ya Later Ranch—a venue known for its sweeping vineyard views and rustic charm. Their wedding day was sun-soaked, laughter-filled, and incredibly heartfelt.

🍇 A Ceremony with a View

Surrounded by family, friends, and the golden hills of fall, Rachelle and Delayne’s ceremony was both elegant and relaxed. The arbor overlooking the vineyard framed the couple perfectly, while soft floral details and handwritten vows added a personal, intimate touch.

💕 Love, Laughter, and Legacy

From a first look full of joy to ring exchanges that brought happy tears, every moment was a reminder of the love these two share. The gathering of generations, the playful flower girls, and the way Rachelle and Delayne laughed freely together—it all made the day feel beautifully grounded and real.

📸 Capturing the Moments

As their photographer, I focused on capturing candid connection: the warm embraces, the cheeky toasts, the way hands found each other naturally throughout the day. The portraits were light-filled and timeless, with that soft Okanagan glow pouring over every smile.

🍽 A Celebration Worth Savoring

The reception carried on with great food, joyful dancing, and heartfelt speeches under the open beam structure of the tasting room. Rachelle’s bright pink hair and radiant energy added a pop of personality to every photo—and Delayne’s steady presence balanced the day with warmth and quiet strength.

✨ Why I Loved This Wedding

This wasn’t just a wedding—it was a celebration of community, courage, and second chances. I feel so lucky to have documented it.

To Rachelle and Delayne—thank you for trusting me to hold this day for you.
