A Little More Time Together Beautiful photographs aren't about perfect poses or everyone looking at the camera. They're about connection, the little in-between moments, and having the time to simply be together. Our studio sessions are thoughtfully designed to feel relaxed and unhurried. With soft tones, natural textures, gentle lighting and beautiful floral installations created by Double Delight Florals, we've created a space where families can settle in and make memories. There's room for little ones to explore, for big feelings, for laughter and for those quiet moments you never want to forget. The Full Experience | $595 For families who want the whole story. Full access to entire studio. A full hour together, allowing everyone time to get comfortable, connect and enjoy the experience without watching the clock. Your session includes: A one-hour private studio session Your complete gallery of beautifully edited images Time for a variety of groupings, portraits and candid moments Gentle guidance throughout your session Priority editing Perfect for families who want a beautiful collection of memories without having to choose their favourites. The Petite Experience | $375 A little less time, with just as much heart. A thoughtfully paced session for families who want to capture this season of life in a simple, meaningful way. Your session includes: A 30-minute private studio session 15 beautifully edited digital images of your choice A private online gallery to select your favourites Gentle posing and direction when needed Additional images available for $20 each Just enough time to settle in, share some smiles and capture the connections that matter most. A Natural Approach to Editing Every image is carefully edited to preserve natural skin tones, beautiful colours and the little details that make you, you. Light skin refinements are made where needed, but freckles, expressions and the things that make your family unique are always celebrated. Come As You Are You don't need perfectly behaved children or a family that knows how to pose. You just need to show up and be together. I'll take care of the rest.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy Full payment is due at booking to reserve your session and is non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules due to illness, emergencies, or weather (if relevant) can be accommodated at your discretion. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the session. 💳 Payment Policy Session fees are due in full at time of booking. Additional image purchases, print orders, or upgrade requests must be paid before final delivery. ⏱️ Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time to respect other bookings. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in cancellation with no refund. 🖼️ Image Delivery & Selection Policy You will receive a proofing gallery with basic color adjustments. Final edits will be applied after you select your images. Additional edits and fine art retouching are available through the Gallery Store (e.g., face swaps, blemish removal, fine art upgrade). 📸 Editing Style & Artistic Control Images are edited in the signature Deanna Dunham Designs style. Requests to change the editing style may incur an additional fee or be declined if they do not align with brand standards. RAW files are not provided under any circumstance. 💡 Creative Direction & Posing While your preferences are welcome, creative direction—including location, posing, lighting, and composition—is at the photographer’s discretion. Clients are encouraged to communicate sensitivities or preferences before the session. 🧒 Children & Behavior Policy Parents/guardians are responsible for managing their children during the session. If a child is not able to participate due to fatigue, distress, or other behavior, the session will continue as best as possible. 💬 Model Release With your permission, images may be used for portfolio, social media, marketing, and print use. You’ll be given the option to opt in or out of the model release in your contract/booking form. 📵 Cell Phone Policy Please keep phones away to maintain focus and preserve the session experience. 🔐 Gallery Expiry Galleries remain online for 30 days. After that, a reactivation fee may apply. Please download your images promptly and store them safely.
