Our Vintage Block Milestone Sessions feature the iconic alphabet and number blocks that stood in The Bay’s Kelowna children’s section for over 30 years — now reimagined in a clean, modern studio setting. Perfect for birthdays, preschool graduations, or “just because” portraits, these sessions are designed to be quick, relaxed, and full of genuine joy. Kids are free to climb, sit, jump, and explore — making every image as unique as they are. 💛 A little Okanagan history + a whole lot of Little Joy. 📷 15-minute Micro Portrait Session 📂 Includes 3 edited digital images 💰 $150 🔤 Ideal for ages 1–6 🎓 Graduation gowns available by request ✨ Editing Style: Images are gently edited in a clean, documentary-inspired style to preserve natural textures and tones. This includes basic colour adjustments and gentle retouching while keeping your child’s unique features intact. Additional edits (like face swaps or fine art finish upgrades) can be requested directly through your gallery store. Designed with comfort and warmth in mind, this cozy 8ft by 8ft indoor studio setup is perfect for small families, offering a beautiful backdrop of seasonal decor and gentle LED lighting that mimics natural daylight. Key Features: Intimate Setting – A calm, distraction-free space that allows children and families to relax and connect. Ideal for Small Groups – Accommodates up to two adults plus children. Sensory-Friendly Lighting – Soft, flicker-free LED lighting provides a natural glow without flash. Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy Full payment is due at booking to reserve your session and is non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules due to illness, emergencies, or weather (if relevant) can be accommodated at your discretion. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the session. 💳 Payment Policy Session fees are due in full at time of booking. Additional image purchases, print orders, or upgrade requests must be paid before final delivery. ⏱️ Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time to respect other bookings. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in cancellation with no refund. 🖼️ Image Delivery & Selection Policy You will receive a proofing gallery with basic color adjustments. Final edits will be applied after you select your images. Additional edits and fine art retouching are available through the Gallery Store (e.g., face swaps, blemish removal, fine art upgrade). 📸 Editing Style & Artistic Control Images are edited in the signature Deanna Dunham Designs style. Requests to change the editing style may incur an additional fee or be declined if they do not align with brand standards. RAW files are not provided under any circumstance. 💡 Creative Direction & Posing While your preferences are welcome, creative direction—including location, posing, lighting, and composition—is at the photographer’s discretion. Clients are encouraged to communicate sensitivities or preferences before the session. 🧒 Children & Behavior Policy Parents/guardians are responsible for managing their children during the session. If a child is not able to participate due to fatigue, distress, or other behavior, the session will continue as best as possible. 💬 Model Release With your permission, images may be used for portfolio, social media, marketing, and print use. You’ll be given the option to opt in or out of the model release in your contract/booking form. 📵 Cell Phone Policy (as you already have) Please keep phones away to maintain focus and preserve the session experience. 🔐 Gallery Expiry Galleries remain online for 30 days. After that, a reactivation fee may apply. Please download your images promptly and store them safely.
