Service Description
Little Joys Studio Sessions offer a relaxed, thoughtfully styled photography experience for families, children and all the little milestones worth remembering. With professional studio lighting and carefully designed sets, sessions are warm, playful and focused on genuine connection. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, documenting a growing family or simply wanting to remember exactly who your children are right now, we'll create photographs that feel natural, polished and true to you. Studio Portrait Session — $250 A short and simple studio session for the little moments that don't need a full hour. 15–20 minute session One studio set 5 beautifully edited digital images of your choice Personal-use license Perfect for birthdays, milestones, individual portraits, siblings, children's portraits or personal headshots. You'll receive a proofing gallery to choose your favourite five images, with the option to purchase additional photographs from your gallery. Full Studio Session — $495 A relaxed studio experience with more time for connection, variety and creativity. Up to one-hour session Full digital gallery included Access to multiple available studio setups Personal-use license Perfect for families, maternity, newborns, siblings, birthdays and milestone sessions where you'd like more time and a wider variety of photographs. Your complete gallery will be individually finished in the signature Little Joys natural editing style. Editing & Your Gallery Little Joys photographs are finished with a clean, warm and true-to-life approach that keeps skin tones natural and your family looking like themselves. Your finished images may include gentle skin retouching, minor blemish or distraction removal and natural corrections where needed. For Studio Portrait Sessions, you'll receive a proofing gallery to select the images included with your package before final editing. Additional images may be purchased through your gallery. The expressions you know by heart but know won't stay the same forever. Little Joys is about preserving those pieces of childhood — beautifully, naturally and exactly as they are.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy Full payment is due at booking to reserve your session and is non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules due to illness, emergencies, or weather (if relevant) can be accommodated at your discretion. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the session. 💳 Payment Policy Session fees are due in full at time of booking. Additional image purchases, print orders, or upgrade requests must be paid before final delivery. ⏱️ Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time to respect other bookings. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in cancellation with no refund. 🖼️ Image Delivery & Selection Policy You will receive a proofing gallery with basic color adjustments. Final edits will be applied after you select your images. Additional edits and fine art retouching are available through the Gallery Store (e.g., face swaps, blemish removal, fine art upgrade). 📸 Editing Style & Artistic Control Images are edited in the signature Deanna Dunham Designs style. Requests to change the editing style may incur an additional fee or be declined if they do not align with brand standards. RAW files are not provided under any circumstance. 💡 Creative Direction & Posing While your preferences are welcome, creative direction—including location, posing, lighting, and composition—is at the photographer’s discretion. Clients are encouraged to communicate sensitivities or preferences before the session. 🧒 Children & Behavior Policy Parents/guardians are responsible for managing their children during the session. If a child is not able to participate due to fatigue, distress, or other behavior, the session will continue as best as possible. 💬 Model Release With your permission, images may be used for portfolio, social media, marketing, and print use. You’ll be given the option to opt in or out of the model release in your contract/booking form. 📵 Cell Phone Policy Please keep phones away to maintain focus and preserve the session experience. 🔐 Gallery Expiry Galleries remain online for 30 days. After that, a reactivation fee may apply. Please download your images promptly and store them safely.
