There’s nothing quite like the magic of Christmas brought right to your doorstep. ✨ Home for the Holidays is my most exclusive offering of the season — a full hour-long storytelling session featuring a personal visit from Santa in the comfort of your home, office, or event space. Whether you’re hosting a cozy family gathering, an intimate staff celebration, or a corporate Christmas party, this experience captures the heart of the holidays — laughter, connection, and the joy of being together. 🎁 Includes A 60-minute custom photography session in your home, workplace, or venue A real Santa visit with time for both candid storytelling moments and classic portraits All high-resolution digital images, professionally edited and delivered in a private online gallery Options for children, families, or staff portraits — perfect for holiday cards or company keepsakes 💫 Details $750 for the first hour Additional hours available at $500/hour Travel within the Okanagan–Similkameen region included Available for families, private events, and corporate gatherings Custom decor and styling not included — this session is designed to complement your existing holiday space 🕯️ Booking Note Availability is extremely limited and offered on select December dates only. Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy Full payment is due at booking to reserve your session and is non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules due to illness, emergencies, or weather (if relevant) can be accommodated at your discretion. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the session. 💳 Payment Policy Session fees are due in full at time of booking. Additional image purchases, print orders, or upgrade requests must be paid before final delivery. ⏱️ Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time to respect other bookings. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in cancellation with no refund. 🖼️ Image Delivery & Selection Policy You will receive a proofing gallery with basic color adjustments. Final edits will be applied after you select your images. Additional edits and fine art retouching are available through the Gallery Store (e.g., face swaps, blemish removal, fine art upgrade). 📸 Editing Style & Artistic Control Images are edited in the signature Deanna Dunham Designs style. Requests to change the editing style may incur an additional fee or be declined if they do not align with brand standards. RAW files are not provided under any circumstance. 💡 Creative Direction & Posing While your preferences are welcome, creative direction—including location, posing, lighting, and composition—is at the photographer’s discretion. Clients are encouraged to communicate sensitivities or preferences before the session. 🧒 Children & Behavior Policy Parents/guardians are responsible for managing their children during the session. If a child is not able to participate due to fatigue, distress, or other behavior, the session will continue as best as possible. 💬 Model Release With your permission, images may be used for portfolio, social media, marketing, and print use. You’ll be given the option to opt in or out of the model release in your contract/booking form. 📵 Cell Phone Policy Please keep phones away to maintain focus and preserve the session experience. 🔐 Gallery Expiry Galleries remain online for 30 days. After that, a reactivation fee may apply. Please download your images promptly and store them safely.
