This October, we're welcoming the season with a breathtaking floral installation created by Megan of Double Delight Florals, exclusively for Little Joys Boutique & Studio. Inspired by the natural beauty of autumn in the Okanagan, our installation features an abundance of locally sourced, seasonal florals in rich burgundy, soft mauve, muted greens, and warm earthy tones. Cascading hydrangeas, delicate grasses, and beautiful organic textures create an artful, romantic setting for timeless portraits. Designed with simplicity and connection in mind, this space is perfect for capturing the genuine smiles, little embraces, and fleeting moments that make your family uniquely yours. Whether you're celebrating your growing family, updating your portraits, or simply wanting to preserve this season of life, we'd love to welcome you into our new Penticton studio. Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy Full payment is due at booking to reserve your session and is non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules due to illness, emergencies, or weather (if relevant) can be accommodated at your discretion. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the session. 💳 Payment Policy Session fees are due in full at time of booking. Additional image purchases, print orders, or upgrade requests must be paid before final delivery. ⏱️ Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time to respect other bookings. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in cancellation with no refund. 🖼️ Image Delivery & Selection Policy You will receive a proofing gallery with basic color adjustments. Final edits will be applied after you select your images. Additional edits and fine art retouching are available through the Gallery Store (e.g., face swaps, blemish removal, fine art upgrade). 📸 Editing Style & Artistic Control Images are edited in the signature Deanna Dunham Designs style. Requests to change the editing style may incur an additional fee or be declined if they do not align with brand standards. RAW files are not provided under any circumstance. 💡 Creative Direction & Posing While your preferences are welcome, creative direction—including location, posing, lighting, and composition—is at the photographer’s discretion. Clients are encouraged to communicate sensitivities or preferences before the session. 🧒 Children & Behavior Policy Parents/guardians are responsible for managing their children during the session. If a child is not able to participate due to fatigue, distress, or other behavior, the session will continue as best as possible. 💬 Model Release With your permission, images may be used for portfolio, social media, marketing, and print use. You’ll be given the option to opt in or out of the model release in your contract/booking form. 📵 Cell Phone Policy Please keep phones away to maintain focus and preserve the session experience. 🔐 Gallery Expiry Galleries remain online for 30 days. After that, a reactivation fee may apply. Please download your images promptly and store them safely.
