Welcome — I’m Deanna Dunham, the photographer behind Little Joys.

Little Joys by Deanna Dunham is a photography practice rooted in intentional storytelling, emotional honesty, and refined visual craft. My work moves beyond simple documentation, creating imagery that feels cinematic, connected, and enduring.
Based in the Okanagan and available for travel, I create editorially polished wedding imagery, artful family portraits, and elevated brand photography with a focus on atmosphere, narrative, and genuine human connection.
With a background in graphic design and years of experience working with wineries, tourism brands, and commercial clients, I bring a thoughtful artistic approach alongside the professionalism required for both private and commercial projects. Deanna Dunham Designs is fully licensed and insured.

FEATURED OFFERING — WEDDINGS
2026 Weddings
Wedding photography for couples who value experience over trends, and feeling over performance.
I photograph weddings with a considered, intuitive approach—focused on connection, presence, and the moments that matter most.
Each gallery is shaped with intention, reflecting the natural rhythm and emotion of the day.

Deanna is more than just a photographer. She goes above and beyond in what needs to go into your event or photoshoot.
Our family has hired Deanna for our family shoots, our maternity and newborn photos, and just recently our wedding. There is no one else I would even consider when looking for someone to capture these precious moments.
We all love working with her; the energy and charisma she brings to the day is unmatched. She has such a natural raw talent and I would recommend her over and over.

Summer in the Studio
Step into a season of softness and renewal—where gentle light, natural textures, and a pared-back approach create imagery that feels calm, intimate, and intentional.
Summer studio sessions are designed to highlight connection over posing and presence over perfection. With a minimal setting and thoughtful styling, the focus stays where it belongs: on form, feeling, and the quiet beauty of this moment.
