Book your Wildflower Wonderland session now! This spring I am featuring my most extravagant set yet. I spent countless hours hand-crafting giant crepe paper flowers to bring this vision to life. These photo sessions are super fun and easy! Session Fees: Full Session: $225 non-refundable retainer includes a 30-minute session and an entire digital album. Mini Session: $150 non-refundable retainer includes a 15-minute session and 5 digital downloads for the images of your choice. 1. Pick a day and time. 2. Come joyfully hang out in my front yard. 3. Receive a link to edited photos from the session. 4. Download the digital images of your choice (limited to which package you choose). * All photos are edited. Face swaps and additional edits are available upon request - which is amazing with little ones because it takes the stress away from trying to force everyone to smile at once. * Book in now to get your session in early!
Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy Full payment is due at booking to reserve your session and is non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules due to illness, emergencies, or weather (if relevant) can be accommodated at your discretion. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the session. 💳 Payment Policy Session fees are due in full at time of booking. Additional image purchases, print orders, or upgrade requests must be paid before final delivery. ⏱️ Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original time to respect other bookings. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in cancellation with no refund. 🖼️ Image Delivery & Selection Policy You will receive a proofing gallery with basic color adjustments. Final edits will be applied after you select your images. Additional edits and fine art retouching are available through the Gallery Store (e.g., face swaps, blemish removal, fine art upgrade). 📸 Editing Style & Artistic Control Images are edited in the signature Deanna Dunham Designs style. Requests to change the editing style may incur an additional fee or be declined if they do not align with brand standards. RAW files are not provided under any circumstance. 💡 Creative Direction & Posing While your preferences are welcome, creative direction—including location, posing, lighting, and composition—is at the photographer’s discretion. Clients are encouraged to communicate sensitivities or preferences before the session. 🧒 Children & Behavior Policy Parents/guardians are responsible for managing their children during the session. If a child is not able to participate due to fatigue, distress, or other behavior, the session will continue as best as possible. 💬 Model Release With your permission, images may be used for portfolio, social media, marketing, and print use. You’ll be given the option to opt in or out of the model release in your contract/booking form. 📵 Cell Phone Policy (as you already have) Please keep phones away to maintain focus and preserve the session experience. 🔐 Gallery Expiry Galleries remain online for 30 days. After that, a reactivation fee may apply. Please download your images promptly and store them safely.
